Stakeholder Access Tokens

This help page provides guidance for authors on how to access and use tokens within the Insight platform. Tokens allow authors to perform specific actions or access certain content as part of their workflow.

Accessing Stakeholder Tokens

To access your stakeholder tokens:

- Log in to Emerald Insight
- Click on your profile name located at the top-right corner of the interface.
- From the dropdown menu, select the option to view your available tokens.

Using Tokens as an Author

Authors can use tokens to interact with relevant content. When applicable, the platform will present an option to:

- “Use a token” next to the content where token usage is permitted.
- Clicking this option will apply the token and enable the associated functionality.
