How do I bulk export the citations from my search results?

Modified on Fri, 9 May at 6:24 PM

You can download bulk citations from your search results by selecting your preferred results and then exporting the citations as required.

If you have not already downloaded the plug-in for your citation management software, you will be able to store the .RIS files for later use. To do this, click on the "Save File" option when prompted. Once the file has been created you will receive a different instruction depending on which browser is in use.

Firefox:

The download indicator will appear in the header – you will see a blue arrow when this is available. Simply click on the arrow - to save the files for later use.

Other browsers:

The .RIS files download in the footer. Simply save the file to enable you to upload this into your citation management software at a later point.

We do have guidance on importing our .Ris files into EndNote and RefWorks in the Support Portal, should you require this resource.
