Where can I find MARC records?

Modified on Wed, 14 Jan at 5:27 PM

Emerald offers MARC records for both its print and electronic book content free of charge. The records are created for us by Backstage Library Works to the MARC21 standard.

Platform Migration - 21st July
If you haven't updated MARC records since June 2024, we recommend that you download our latest versions as these are platform agnostic. MARC records are available for all titles included in Emerald’s eBook and Cases Collections as listed below, and are available to download here.

Book customers - sign up to receive MARC record alerts
Each month we make the latest Machine-Readable Cataloging (MARC) records available to download from our website. The records are separated into frontlist, backlist and subject collection categories so you’ll be able to download the records that are relevant to you. In each area you’ll be able to download individual months’ records or the current annual cumulative records.

If you'd like us to let you know when there are new MARC records available, please click on the above link to add your details to the distribution list.
