What should be included in my article's word count?

The word count for your article should include the structured abstract, references, and all text in tables and figures. An additional 280 words for each figure or table should also be added to the total word count.

Each journal has a set word count parameter for articles – this information will be on the journal's homepage in the Author Guidelines which are linked to from the journal's homepage. This is the example from: Accounting, Auditing and Accountability.

How do I submit my manuscript?
