If you prefer to automate the retrieval of your usage data, you can use our SUSHI R5.1 REST API:

All registered Account Administrators will have access to their new SUSHI credentials via the Insight Admin Dashboard. SUSHI links will be visible beneath each COUNTER report option:-

When running your SUSHI reports, please ensure that you are using the correct credentials. These are dynamic to the report that you are trying to run. If you are having issues, please check the credentials you are using against those in the Institutional Administrator Dashboard.
