As soon as you have accessed the content in any available format (HTML, PDF, ePub), you will no longer be eligible for a refund unless the digital content is faulty. 

 

If you have not accessed the content during the initial 14-day period, you can contact support@emerald.com, who can arrange a full refund for purchased content. Read the ‘terms of sale’ for more information.
