Can I have a receipt for my purchase? (PPV)

All PPV users will receive an order confirmation at the time the purchase is confirmed. This is sent to the email address used to create your account and this confirmation is also your receipt. Your order confirmation will also provide you immediate access to view your Article or Chapter purchase. Please check your spam and trash folders in case this has been mis-filtered.

If you require a copy of the email to be re-sent, please contact Emerald Customer Support with the following details:

  • the email address used to make the purchase 
  • the date of purchase 
  • the title or URL of the article or book chapter that was purchased.

We will then request a copy email to be sent through to the same email address which was used at the time the purchase was made.
