Viewing Your Current Subscriptions

Your Current Subscriptions are available to view on the Institutional Administrator Dashboard

In this view you can:

• Re-order your subscriptions according to start/expiry date, product and subscription type

• Dates are shown in MM/DD/YYYY format

• Perpetual access indicated by an expiry date of YYYY = 3000

Your Current subscriptions are also available to download in an Excel format by clicking the button shown below: 

Example report: 

Subscriptions marked with 'P' and the date 01/01/3000 show Access in Perpetuity (AIP)

Subscriptions marked with 'N' show non-AIP subscriptions. This will show for current subscriptions with AIP.
