COUNTER reports are available through our Account Management Portal, which is delivered through your user profile on Emerald Insight. Simply login to your profile at and follow the link to 'Account Management'. If this link does not appear, in the top left hand corner of your welcome message, you have not been recognised as an Account Administrator for your institution and you will need to contact Customer Support for assistance.

Important Note: To access your usage data, you must be a registered Account Administrator for your institution. 

If you need to register as the administrator for your institution: 

• First you need to register a user profile at 

• Then contact Customer Support ( so that we can link your user profile to the institutional account.
