The new Insight will go live during the working hours of 21st July.
Below is a checklist of expected requirements during the migration programme. This guidance should help to redress any access issues which may occur in the interim period. If, having reviewed the below scenarios, you continue to experience access issues, please do contact Customer Support.
If you have received this link as an alert due to raising a ticket during the first week of migration, and your reported issues has now resolved, please reply to the email alert to confirm this and we will close your ticket. Thank you!
DNS Servers - #504 server errors
As our global network of DNS servers’ updates, you may need to use “Ctrl F5” to refresh your browser.
Federated access
Our Insight SP details will remain as https://www.emerald.com however, ICE customers will need to update their SP call out from https://www.icevirtuallibrary.com/shibboleth to https://www.emerald.com/
